Course / Provision Overview:
A full time training Option usually following Gateway Centre attendance. The provision is full time to offer more intensive support. Job Search and Soft Skill needs are addressed by drawing up an Individual Learning Plan and regular reviews of progress are held to chart progression. A work experience placement (usually in the voluntary sector) is part of the course to address barriers to employment including time keeping, team work and updating work skills.
