Train to Gain
ResCare Europe provides training for those aged 19 plus so that they can gain a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification [NVQ]. customers are assessed in the workplace as with the apprenticeship, but undertake the NVQ aspect of the qualification only.
Every customer is assigned an assessor who will provide the guidance and advice necessary to enable a portfolio of evidence to be built for the qualification. The assessor liaises with the employer regarding the requirements of the qualification to enable competence to be proved in all areas. To ensure that all of the requirements are fulfilled, the employer and/or assessor will carry out training in the workplace during working hours.
At ResCare Europe, our dedicated assessors provide support to customers to help them gain NVQs such as:
Business Administration NVQ Level 2
Customer Service NVQ Level 2
Contact Centre NVQ Level 2
Storage & Warehousing NVQ Level 2
Information Technology NVQ Level 2
