Course / Provision Overview:
Modular delivery and 1-1 support to prepare for work. Customers usually have multiple barriers to work and need intense help and support to address barriers to employment. Course includes project work, job search, soft skill support and occupational training. This can include Health and Safety, Manual Handling and First Aid. A work Placement is part of the course will usually commence in week 3. The Placement can be supportive to address confidence, timekeeping and team work or can be a Work Placement leading to a Job opportunity (or a combination of both).
