Course / Provision Overview:
A two week motivational course. Communication, self presentation, team building activities, problem solving and understanding the qualities, attitudes and behaviours required by employers including innovative delivery, 1-1 support, an external team building activity and talks by local employers are all included in the course. Lunch and travel costs are provided. The course will also allow customers to hear presentations from Option Providers so that they can make an informed choice if they need to move onto full time provision after the Gateway Centre.
