Course / Provision Overview:
The aim of the provision is to raise the customers level of Literacy and/or Numeracy by one level gaining an accredited Basic Skills Qualification. In addition a detailed Individula Learning Plan is agreed and regularly reviewed to address employability needs and Soft Skill needs along with Job Search. The full range of Job Search facilities are available including a dedicated Employment Consultant who works with the customer to obtain sustainable employment. Work experience placements are also included in the course to address up to date work experience needs, attitude, time keeping and team work.
