Course / Provision Overview:
The programme has been set up in partnership with Connexions who identify whether someone needs that extra support that the programme can offer. The programme has been created to support the progression of 16-18 year olds who are classed as Not in Education, Employment or Training by Connexions advisors and is there to help improve the employability, personal and basic skills in customers with the aim of leading them into suitable employment.
Everyone on the programme is given one to one support/ advice and guidance from our staff and will be encouraged to carry out job search activities on an individual basis.

Key Skills
NVQs or units towards
Life Skills, eg. budgeting
Social Skills
Anger Management
Job Search Skills
